Covid-19 – Corona Virus Update:

Shutterup Blinds and Shutters is committed to the health and well being of our employees, customers and communities. We value our relationship with you and we want to reassure you we remain open for business and that orders are progressing whilst we do what we can to minimise the spread of the virus.

**Important information before our visits**

Prior to any scheduled appointments such as Consultations, Check Measures & Installations, please advise us if you have found yourself exposed to Covid-19 in order for us to take the appropriate actions in reducing the spread, as we would be happy to reschedule at a later date that suits the situation. Simply call our office on 1300 88 36 37 (Mon – Fri 8.30am-4.30pm) or email us at 24/7. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

What we are doing

Please be advised that we have a Business Continuity Plan in place that includes the ability to have staff work remotely and be accessible via telephone, email, video and teleconference, reducing any potential disruption to our services. Staff that require customer visits are assessed daily to ensure they are healthy and show no symptoms of illness.

We also have good hygiene methods in place to protect our staff and customers when in contact. All sales consultants and Installation Technician’s have procedures in place to reduce contact with our customers. Should this change then we will advise accordingly and some rearrangements may be required to appointment times.

Orders in production update

Our Deliveries Team continue to monitor each and every order and are in constant communication with the factory for dispatch updates. As of this moment, most orders are progressing well and on track. However, some orders that are currently in production may experience a slight delay of up to a 2-3 weeks. If you are one of the few customers who may be effected by the additional turnaround time, rest assured we will be in contact with you directly. All Blind orders produced locally are having no delays at this point in time.

Moving forward

During this period, if you would like more window furnishings (or your friends/family) and require a quote consultation, then as per the Australian Government advice, we are more than happy to provide initial consultations in an open area space at your property if you wish.
